Question:I have a problem with my Brake Washer. How can I troubleshoot it?
Answer:Clayton Associates offers a comprehensive troubleshooting guide which covers most Clayton and Bird Bath Brake Washers. Check the Downloads section of our site to get a copy of the guide.
 
Question:I need a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for Clayton TNT Brake Cleaning Concentrate. Can I download a copy?
Answer:MSDS Sheets are available for TNT Concentrated Brake Cleaning Solution. Check the Downloads section to obtain it.
 
Question:I just received my BrakeWasher, or I just received a new pump. How do I set up the hoses?
Answer:Follow the diagram available in the Downloads section of our website.

Question:Are Clayton products available at a discount to Government Agencies?
Answer:Our Dustless Sanding line of products, as well as our Brake Cleaning Vacuum Enclosures, are available under GSA Contract for a discount. If you are a defense contractor performing services under contract to the U.S. Government, you may also qualify for discounted pricing. Please contact us directly - we can set you up with an online account which will allow you to see your discounted pricing, and purchase online.
 
Question:Has the Clayton DustMaster System been approved for use in the Armed Forces?
Answer:Yes. The DustMaster System was tested and approved through the USAF MEEP (Maintenance Equipment Evaluation Program), and by the US Navy NELP (Navy Environmental Leadership Program). In addition, our equipment was designed with help from the Navy Pollution Prevention Program out of Lakehurst, and is currently in use on bases across the country and overseas.
